Program Details

Length

Each Boot Camp is 6-weeks. Workouts range from 30 - 45 minutes.

Types of Classes

We never do the same workout twice in a 6-week period. Examples include (Tabata, Cardio Intervals -HIIT, Resistance Training, Circuit Training, and others 

Age Range and Fitness Level

14 (with parent approval) - 65+

We do ask that you have knoweldge of simple movements. like a squat and pushup. There are plenty of modifications for the first time boot camper too.

Meal plans are offered as part of the program. Please enquire about special needs.

THE STUDIO

Located just off Magazine RD, east of Veridian Credit Union. We are a fully functioning boot camp facility. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, tires, and a range of other functional equipment our focus is on total body training. Utilizing different cardio and weight training techniques.
